Find your property size below. These prices cover a standard vacate clean. If your place has extra bathrooms, a second storey or needs a bit more work, call us or send an enquiry and we’ll give you a firm price.
- Prices are based on one bathroom, one living area and a single-storey home. Extra rooms, a second storey or a property in rough condition will add to the cost. We’ll always confirm your final price and what’s included before you book.
What a standard clean covers
These are the areas property managers look at most closely during the final inspection.
Kitchen and oven
Benchtops, splashbacks, stovetop and the outside of the rangehood. We also clean the oven, the sink and every cupboard we can reach, inside and out.
Bathrooms and toilets
Shower, screens, bath, vanity, mirrors, toilet and taps, scrubbed and wiped down.
Bedrooms and living areas
We dust and wipe surfaces, skirting boards and doors, clear away cobwebs, then vacuum and mop the floors.
Laundry and general areas
The laundry trough, cupboards and fittings, plus any window tracks and sills we can get to.
Outside windows, heavy wall marks, blinds, balconies and garages aren’t part of the standard clean. You can add them as extras below.

A standard clean starts at $245 for a studio and goes up to $459 for a five-bedroom home. Extra bathrooms, living areas, a second storey or a place that needs more work will change the price, so give us a call or send an enquiry for an exact figure.
Yes. The oven is part of every standard clean, along with the benchtops, splashbacks, stovetop, rangehood exterior, cupboards and sink.
Not in the base price, but it’s easy to add. The “With carpet” price under each property size includes steam cleaning.
Yes. If your property manager or landlord picks up anything from the standard clean that we’ve missed, let us know within 7 days and we’ll come back and fix it for free (terms apply).
No. You pay the same price on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
